WHO WE ARE

We started The Support Point because we kept seeing the same problem: companies at the growth stage running five or six vendors for things that should have been coordinated. A development shop that did not talk to the support team. A bookkeeper who did not understand the product. An automation consultant who left when the project closed. The cost was not just money — it was the time the founding team spent managing the gaps between them. We built a different model.
