Interactive Watch Try-On for a Luxury Watch Retailer

Sizing uncertainty was the retailer's single biggest driver of returns. Customers could not tell whether a 41mm case would look right on their wrist, so they either abandoned the purchase or ordered two sizes intending to return one.

We built a try-on feature that composites each watch onto a photographed wrist at real-world scale, calibrated against the actual case dimensions of every model in the catalog. Customers switch between small, medium, and large wrist sizes and see the proportions change accurately.

The implementation runs natively inside the Shopify product template with no external app subscription, no page-speed penalty, and per-model calibration handled through metafields the client's team can update themselves.
