The client was spending on ads but conversion did not match the traffic quality. Our audit traced the leak to specific points in the funnel: the delivery information page returned an error, the postcode checker blocked cold visitors before they could browse, trust signals were missing at checkout, and prices rendered incorrectly on some mobile devices.
We fixed the delivery page, moved postcode validation to the cart stage so visitors could shop first, added the missing trust elements, and corrected the price formatting bug.
